M100 Telepresence connection not consistent-Firewall Blocked error
Using M100 telepresence software. Opened all the ports as per help instrcuts. I can initiate a call successfully the first time using the application. When I hang up and try the call again I get warning message "A firewall on the computer or network may be blocking the audio and video sent..."
If I close the software or wait a few minutes and try again, the connection will work. If I hang up and try immediately after, I get the same problem.
