I have several users who are unable to input a password for a meeting being hosted on a LifeSize Bridge 2200.  They are able to reach the operator, but are unable to input the password.  The keypad pops up, but the password doesn't seem to register.  We also have several users with older Polycom software that have NO problems dialing into the same meetings.  Is there a setting somewhere with th eM100 software we need to change to allow the keypad to communicate?

Greg,

I am experiencing the same problem.  Were you able to find a solution?

We are unable to access any of our LifeSize systems with the M100, but it works fine with the older PVX software.  M100 will also not allow us to login with the passcode in the IP address (xx.xxx.x.xxx##system**passcode) which works fine on the PVX.  Our endpoints are working fine, it seems to be an M100 problem.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Mark,

That is exactly the problem we are having.  The M100 connects to the Virtual Operator, but cannot go farther.  We have tested with 4 different laptops with M100 loaded on them with the same results.  Anyone out there have a solution???

YashPal,

We have no problems getting connected, except with units using M100.
