Hi!

 

 I've a hdx 6000 with a MPTZ-6 

 

My problem is : the MTPTZ-6 doesn't turn IT on even with an additional ac power adapter,

in the main paige of user interface HDX6000 It's not reveled also....

 

What can I do?

How is the MPTZ-6 connected to the HDX 6000, what length cable and is it a Polycom cable?

 

Does the UI recognize the camera in the Camera section of the UI, it will tell you the type of camera.

 

What version software is the codec using?

 

Was this working and stopped?  What else was happening / changed when this stopped?
