Please suggest a tool. An external customer connects to our internal HDX6000. They say we're having "packet loss." What's a tool to measure types of packet loss or run traffic simulation for quantitative results? We test the internal data lan and wan with the Polycom gui (simple) and can gather loads of stats in Cisco for priority video traffic. I need some other ideas for hostile testing from the video endpoint. Then we can test each segment while measuring the fruits of our labor.

Thanks, PatrickAZ

Patrick,

Take a look at >>> PingPlotter <<<. Running this application along with VC traffic may be useful to find the routers causing network problem.
