We have 10 VSX8000's that were purchased 3 yrs ago. I am unable to find any of the paperwork for these units and the vendor does not have any information. Is there a way to update the software on these units without having the license keys?

Thanks for your help

Jeff

Dear Jeff...

you can try to generate an SW update key on the polycom support site (support.polycom.com) after registering for an free account. If your machines are under service, you will be able to generate that key, otherwise not.

Then you shpuld talk to your Polycom partner. You can (1) buy the software upgrade or (2) get your machines under service for 1 or 3 years (reactivation may be needed)..

Kind regards,

Uwe
