Monitor 2 resets to Monitor 1 Setting after restart should be 4:3- How do I set it so it does not reset to monitor 1 after a power restart.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to provide the currently used software Version as this may help yourself or others to check against the publicly available release notes.

 

It sounds like a current open bug (VIDESC-10192) but without the relevant details or logs its hard to tell.

 

This also sounds like an issue that was reported => here <=

 

I suggest you work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.

    Software Version: Release - 3.1.0-23277     HDX8000     I will contact the reseller. I was thinking the profile under diagnostics could be edited.
