I am facing an issue with multipoin key error when i am calling to multiple no.
i have a MP key but not able to call.

Hello yogendra,
you need to contact a Polycom reseller in your country and purchase the multipoint key.
Best to speak to the people who you purchased your HDX from.

What Polycom product are you using and what error message is being displayed ?
In addition it is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Hi Steffen,
when i am calling to multiplte vc's it's shows " your 5 minitue demostration is going to expire, to continue multiple feature please enter valid Mp key'
when i check on device enable multiple trial : is checkmark, but MP plus4 Port is not enable.

Hello yogendra,
based on your reply you have not added a valid multipoint key and are running the unit in Demo mode.
I would also like to advise you to ensure you are running a more current software version to prevent any external attacks.
Currently if you do not have an upgrade key this is 3.0.6 and can be found => here <=
