We have three Group 500 models in our three offices. Unit A and Unit B are both running the same (current) software version. Unit C is running 4.0.1 but will be getting upgraded this morning.

If Unit A and Unit B call each other, the display is correct -- 50/50 split. Once we add Unit C to the call, two of the three units will show two local displays -- see the below image for an example.

This isn't dependent on whom hosts or whom calls to add the third unit.

Turning off Self View 'fixes' it, but it doesn't really fix it -- it only hides the issue. On the one unit that shows the proper three panel display, Self View is turned on.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
