I have a few hdx8000, when we do mutlipoint calls, is it possible to not have the near end show up?

example on 3 way call, the users experience all 3 views including themselves.  can we have it so only the 2 far ends show up constantly?

thanks.

No it is not possible using the internal MP option.  The way the internal MP works is it composites the images it is receiving into a single image which is then sent to all the endpoints.  If you look at the stats and you look at the resolution sent versus received you can see this.  All the EPs on the call receive the same image.

The way to get out of this is with the use of an external bridge like the RMX, which allows you to define the image and control it.
