We just acquired a Polycom Group Series 500, installed standalone but is not able to connect to Cisco Webex. The call keeps dropping and error says "Check the Number".
Software Version: 6.1.5
Will appreciate feedbacks on how to resolve this.

Was this purchased via a Poly reseller as they should be familiar with how to set this up?
The latest Software is 22.214.171.124 if this is a brand new unit under contract or 6.1.7 if not so I suggest you update this.
