Hi,

I am running a polycom HDX 7000. I was having trouble getting more than four people connected to a call at any one time, I upgraded the software to HDX Version 3.1.12 and this solved the that issue but  now anyone dialing into the system from a mobile phone or landline cannot hear the site but we can hear them. All calls between video conferencing systems are o.k. for both audio and visual and if the site dials out to landlines or mobile phones audio works both ways. All ISDN lines have been tested and signed off as working. Any thoughts?

Assuming this is a MP hosted on the HDX system

The total number of attendees on a MP conference is 4 audio/video and one additional audio only participant.

To do more audio participants the recommendation would be for the HDX to call into an audio bridge and that bridge host the audio participants.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply, there is no MP connected to this system.

I am able to get multiple audio calls connected at a time but unable to get two way audio going on even a single call when somone dials in.
