Hi there! We have a couple of Group 500s -- we recently upgraded one of them to the most current firmware (4.1.3x) to enable UC Board compatibility. That worked really well except...
unit now shows with no IP / saying there is no network connectivity. We can web into it, and it makes / recieves calls just fine, so it is a nuisance more than anything.
Anyone ever seen this / know how to fix it so there isn't an (invalid) error shown? Throws people for a loop when they go into a room and see that according to the system it's not working.
