All: any ideas on console that will not power up? I've switched cords, AC outlet is known good. We have no green LED flashing or showing at all. Thoughts? Thanks.

Hello dmaWEM2400,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Its always useful to provide a bit of history on the unit.
Is this a brand new device or an older device and if older how old or when did it last work?
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

All:
This is an older unit that has been in service for a few years. It is lightly used, maybe 3 times a year? The building is on a backup generator so we're on reliable power. It was last checked a couple of weeks ago and normally sits a "sleep" mode. Serial number is 089706, model: 820809089706C1. We've had the unit installed at least 8 years. Thanks.

Hello dmaWEM2400,
The Unit was sold back in 20/05/2008 via SKC Communication Products, Inc. and had its power supply replaced back in 2010 .
Judging by its age I can only assume that the unit is defective an you would need an RMA. Please contact our support team in the USA so they can advise you on options.
