No video on RealPresenceDesktop / MacOS

First of, I don't know where to post this issue. If it's in the wrong group . I'm sorry and please direct me to the correct one.

So the problem is when I have set up a connection with RealPresenceDesktop everything is working fine. I can see and hear other participants and visa versa. When I want to share something however, I need to click the menu button in the bottom right corner and then choose to share content. After clicking the menu icon, the visuals of the other participants are gone. Their images do not come back, but their sound remains. All I see is a grey screen. Any help would be appreciated! Re: No video on RealPresenceDesktop / MacOS

Hello Wopke,

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id or in this case the Mac OS version.

Also RPD does currently not support High Sierra. In addition please test the latest build 3.8.0

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
