No way to connect

No way to connect




Yesterday, we tried to use the soft with my son, through ADSL. We have set the Nat option, and then it has been very difficult to connect with IP.


The very last point we had was that the bell was ringing, with the windows (connect & cancel - or something like that). Then I clicked about 10 times on connect, but no way to go on. No action on the button.


So, right now, we can't use the soft.


If you have an idea, I'm very interested.


And the last question : how many "students" can I have watching my screen simultaneously ?

Hello, I understand you are having some issues. A few questions.


First, what software are you talking about?

What router are you using?

What are you trying to accomplish with the unnamed software?
