No way to connect

No way to connect

Hello,

 

 

Yesterday, we tried to use the soft with my son, through ADSL. We have set the Nat option, and then it has been very difficult to connect with IP.

 

The very last point we had was that the bell was ringing, with the windows (connect & cancel - or something like that). Then I clicked about 10 times on connect, but no way to go on. No action on the button.

 

So, right now, we can't use the soft.

 

If you have an idea, I'm very interested.

 

And the last question : how many "students" can I have watching my screen simultaneously ?

Could you please be more specific.

What Polycom product do you have?

What firewall/router  are you using?

Are you connected direct to an ISP?
