In a hdx 7000 i have a noise, I only connect the: camera, microfone and monitor 1(tv); in the out sound i have the dvi-out and rca out connected, i reset the hdx and the noise is disappeared

 

any help?? i need the replace hdx??

It is always a good starting point to include the current software version as yourself or others can compare this to release notes in order to verify if this is a known issue.

  • Have you always had this issue or is this something that only recently occurred?
  • Has anything changed in your environment?
