O365 on GS500 w/ RP Touch

using O365 on GS500 w/ RP Touch. My current O365 account for this codec is an account which uses the “” domain. 


Is it a 100% requirement/prerequisite that one uses the “” domain exclusively for a O365 account when using it on a dedicated GS500 w/ RP Touch with the latested 6.1.1 FW and SFB License?

as already explained you are using an unsupported scenario and should work with the TAP team if you have access to it.

Polycom will make an announcement once testing is complete and RealPresence Group Series is certified. At that time, you will be able to register with Skype for Business Online as part of Office 365.


You can only utilise O365 if you are part of the Polycom TAP program. All issues must be reported via the TAP program and everything else is using an unsupported platform.
