We have in our company ( Polycom with Model : PVS-16xx ) and when we make a video call with our client , the problem is we see him but he can't see us just view in his screen blue screen without anything so how can fix this problem in clear steps please?

The ViewStation Products, to my own knowledge, are no longer sold or supported since 2010 or even 2009 so you may want to invest into some current infrastructure.
