POLY Group 700 call with Zoom Services

Hi , 

 i have a customer who is facing the Display issue with Zoom Services. 

They are using the Group 700 Softwarea version 6.2.1.2 

In a Multipoint call with other POLY end point + Zoom Services the Display shows the Black screen 

any one facing the same issue . there are Two units of Group 700 iwth same issue.

Hey, the latest release version for the Group Series 700 is version 6.2.2.6.

If upgrading doesn´t solve the issue, you should open a trouble ticket with Poly support.
