Hi,

 

My polycom VSX3000 was working fine until yesterday. Routinely, I use it as a PC screen and, when needed, switch to video conferencing. Yesterday, I switched over to video conferencing but failed to get the usual screen information. In fact I just saw videoconference flash up just after switching over, then the screen remained blank. I tried a fresh power down and power up cycle, but this had no effect. After unplugging the whole thing ad doing a fresh reboot, nothing happens (the boot sequence with the Polycom logo and sound effects doesn't occur). The machine continues to function as a screen. What can I do?

Sounds like a hardware problem. Contact Polycom support at the below link.
