I do have a system polycom viewstation PSV-14XX
When I use policom realpresence desktop or application to call viewstation, the viewstation start sounding of call income. I accept the call, but continue with the legend "connecting".
Once 0.5 minutes aprox pass, the call hang-up with the legend "far site disconnected"
This only happened when try to call to polycom viewstation system.
When the call was made in the office between 2 realpresence everything goings OK.
This only happened when the viewstation is used.
how can I solve this problem?
