PVX - M100 video capture failure:  dear friends, the following problem appeared after installing PVX, than M100- the software can't get video from a local camera. I checked everything, the local camera recognizes by VLC, Windows Media Encoder and other video capture soft-no problem, I get picture from a camera in a usual way. Only Polycom shows black screen. Surely, video capture device was chosen in a PVX setup menu.  More to say, it never restores your choice, any time the program restarts you have to "remind" the PVX where is it's videosource .  It becomes disturbing.  Two PCs,all soft is 100% legal , brended devices-Sony camera connected by i-link, Avermedia videocapture board bi PC-I express. But ONLY Polycom refuses to work properly.

Please help me to understand what happens.

We did the following: installed PVX/m100 on another PC WinXP SP2 and PCI-E videocapture board. The video is displayed and recognized by all the staff, except Polycom. I'll start money back procedure-it's abnormal to pay for unreliable and unpredictable staff.
