Installed PVX 8.x.  Calling users via IP addresses.  Distant end rings.  They accept.  The distant end continues to ring and then 'rings-out".  When the distant end calls me, I see the accept prompt and click yes.  PVX continues to ring and then rings out with a prompt asking if I want to save the number anc call back later.  What gives?  Please help.

Very good chance one (or both) of you have Firewall issues..   Try an independant video test site like 71.14.2.157 or 71.14.2.158 and see if you have the same problems.  If so, then it is a network (port) problem on your side.

Ditto to Gary - chances are the media is being blocked  - but TCP1720 is fine (hence it rings)
