Hello @all,

 

I'm using the Polycom PVX app for a long time on my Win7 machine, it always worked very well. But now I'm not able to enter the conference ID any longer:

 

- I connect to our RMX2000 bridge via IP (works fine)

- I have to enter the conference ID so I extend the keypad (works fine)

- I press the numbers on the keypad, DTMF tones can be heard trough the speakers

>> but the DTMF won't be "heard" by the bridge any longer. It's like I didn't enter anything, so the connection will be dropped after a while

 

The RMX config didn't change, but I still tried differend conference rooms to make sure - without luck.

 

Any idea what might cause this problem?

 

PVX Version 8.0.16.0003 is installed
