People+Content IP sharing problem

Hi Community team,

 

I use people+Content IP to share content on three sites. Site A= HDX8000, Site B= HDX8000 and Site C=HDX7000. Multipoint is installed. Sharing content worked very well from the beginning for a year then issues started. When I share content, it connect and but if I move from page to page or I use powerpoint, the screen scramble and I cannot see anything and sometimes freeze. I need everyones assistance to troubleshoot.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

I have moved your post into the correct section.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

 

In addition it may also be useful to state what operating system you are using and what screen resolution.
