Ploycom QSX Base

I am looking to replace the power connector for a QSX Base and am unable to find the specs of  the power supply needed.

Hello VickyP,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

A Power supply is classed as a safety component and the only way to fix this is via an RMA.

 

Please work with your Polycom reseller as we do not support third party repairs.
