Morning,

I have a new 8800, Visual Pro, and Eagle Eye 4x  that I am very new to.   When I'm in skype or generic "profile" the 8800 and Pro are paired without issue and I see this reflected on my single monitor I have hooked up however when I go into the "teams" profile it does it reboot thing and will not pair again.   Both devices get an IP and I can ping them both from my laptop etc. No unique setups.  Currently I'm just trying to get teams functionality to completely work before I play with SIP calling etc.

When I am in teams and go into settings > to the "warnings" it just states "Could not connect to one or more paired devices"..

Hello @Dstop ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

When in Teams mode Microsoft will not allow any pairing to Visual+ or VisualPro and the Phone becomes an Audio Device only.

Oh wow...   that is... good information.    Do you by chance know if the "Zoom Room" equipment has the capability?   (Being as though it doesn't come with the Plus or the Pro and instead you get a lovely Dell Optiplex PC It looks like?)

Hello @Dstop ,

the Poly Trio can pair with a Zoom room in Zoom Mode either using a USB cable or the Virtual USB introduced in the latest UC Software 5.9.0

Again in this mode, the Trio works as a standalone device with no pairing to a Visual+/VisualPro.

If you want to keep the Trio paired with the VisualPro and the Camera simply look at the free service RealConnect that Poly offers at present.

This way you have Skype for Business, Team's and any other service the Trio supports including Hybrid registration to openSIP server and Zoom/BlueJeans.

Simply provide me with your credentials including an Email, Name and Phone number so I can forward these to the right team.
