Poly G7500/ EagleEye IV USB Inversion

Is it possible to invert the image of an Eagle Eye IV USB so it can be mounted to the ceiling and used with a G7500?  I found an article relating to a Trio and Visual+ but it did not seem applicable to this scenario.

Hello @NathanB ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Not at present. I suggest you work with a Poly reseller on a feature request. The only other workaround is to use a Poly Trio and Visual+ to set the inverted config and the camera will keep the setting once connected to the Poly G7500.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Steffen,

I just wanted to confirm that the workaround of connecting to a Poly Trio and Visual + did indeed work.

Thanks!

Nathan
