Hello,

I have the X50 and TC8 running the latest software version.

I have a Microsoft Teams Rooms active license and selected Microsoft Teams as the provider under Device Management.

The equipment rebooted and the TC8 asked me to log in to my Microsoft Teams account.

I did login successfully, but now the TC8 shows a "Cant Find any Devices" error message and I cant find a way to get Teams to work.

What did I do wrong or what am I missing?

Thank you for any input.

Hello @juancg ,

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months, or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build-id.

At present software 3.3.2 is the only Microsoft Teams certified software. The one before is 3.2.3 and does not have the new UI using the TC8

Did you sign into Studio X using the same Microsoft Teams credetials prior to signing into the TC8? Did you pair the TC8 and is the TC8 and the Studio X in the same VLAN?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
