We have some Poly TC8s that are not checking into intune after the initial enrollment. By default after 30 days they are being marked as non-compliant for not checking in. We were on version 3.6 but, support had us roll back to 3.5. I still do not see it checking in.
I would suggest you work this with our Partner Microsoft as they supply the relevant applications that communicate with Teams and or Intunes.
