We have some Poly TC8s that are not checking into intune after the initial enrollment.  By default after 30 days they are being marked as non-compliant for not checking in.  We were on version 3.6 but, support had us roll back to 3.5.  I still do not see it checking in.

I would suggest you work this with our Partner Microsoft as they supply the relevant applications that communicate with Teams and or Intunes.

I received the following from Microsoft in late October.  Still waiting on the update as of late February

 

I researched on your reported concern and discussed with my senior resources.

 

Poly devices need what's referred to as Update 3, which is currently pending deployment by Teams and is planned to be released mid-November so you need to wait until November for their devices to be fixed.

@Tom O : Can you explain a little bit more ? TC8 and Studio X work fine in Endpoint manager, when configured correctly.

From what we found the TC8 is not "checking in" into intune after initial registration.  I attached a screen shot.  We enrolled the device on 2/3 and last check in was the next morning.  Then no more check in after that.  We tried syncing and believe we followed all the access policies.  After 30 days the device is non complaint and we have to re-enroll.
