Updated an X50/C60 system w/VideoOS 3.3.1 and according to page #8 of the release notes:

"When you pair a Trio C60 system, Device Mode works in Poly Video Mode or Partner Mode
(when using Zoom)."

I'm unable to determine exactly how Device Mode is launched via the C60 interface.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Poly X50: 3.3.1-284016

Hello @jbass_srcinc ,

From our Video FAQ:

Aug 09, 2016 Question: Why can Poly not discuss future software Versions within the Community?

Explanation:Poly, as a US-based company, cannot share any future release dates or new features due to the requirement of a non-disclosure agreement / NDA prior to this. Via the medium of a community forum, we are unable to do this.

I am not saying this is coming but I suggest you work with a Poly reseller and/or a Poly sales engineer for any future releases.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Steffen,

It would be nicer if the C60 had this capability, I don't understand why it doesn't because if you are using a touchscreen monitor and initiate Device Mode through that the interface on the Trio changes and you are able to exit Device Mode via the Trio. So theoretically it does work in a sense.
