Poly X50 not able to change provider

Hi,

I have Poly X50 with Zoom mode, I was trying to change provider mode but I was not able to do so as provider area is gray. I have gone with Poly knowledge base and I noticed this issue is related to Zoom application management version 4.6

am running X50 with version 5.7 and issue is not getting resolved. I have tried several reset to factory default using paper clip method and from web interface both with no luck.

any suggestion?

have you bought the system as a Zoom unit ?

Are you using Lens ?
