PolyCom CX7000 LYNC 2013 Auto-Login

Hello everyone,


I use Polycom CX7000

Hardware Version: 2.0.0

Software Version:

Lync Version: 4.0.7577.4384


so When restart or turn off Polycom my Lync account was disconnected and i can't login again to me account ; I use only one account Lync 2013 on Polycom.


How I can permanently my account.





cannot sign in because the server is temporarily unavailable. if the problem continues, please contact your support team.

I suggest you gather some logs and then raise a Support Ticket with Polycom support via your reseller.
