Hi,

 

i've got three brandnew Polycom Debuts here.  Hooked one up and found one big issue...  When i dial for example lifesizecloud.com and want to enter a virtual meetingroom number, i press #, the numeric keyboard appears, i enter the meetingroom number and finish with a #...  But then nothing happens...  Or i get incorrect number...

 

So the dtmf is not recognized...

 

Yes i can add the virtual meetingroomnumber to the dialstring, but when the virtual meetingroom has a password the same problem happens again...

 

I tested this with SIP and H323.  There's not NAT active.

 

Do others have the same behaviour?
