Can anyone please point me to where I can download a Mac desktop client for Polycom RealPresence?  I did find one but after installation and during setup, I get a message 'provisioning message format error' and am not able to proceed further. 

Appreciate all advice.

Hello, Rick!

 

We experienced this issue recently and it was being caused by a special character (an & ampersand to be exact) in the user's title in Active Directory.  Please look for any special characters in your local or enterprise directory attributes and try removing them.  Once they're removed and the directory has synchronized, try logging in again.  Hope this helps!

Hi,

 

While logging in Polycom RealPresence i'm getting provisioning message format error. I have tried all the versions of Mac OS X softwares from http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/apac/support/video/realpresence_desktop/realpresen... but none helped.

I was able to use it before. Since last two days i started getting this error while enterprise sign in. I think the issue is not with account as i'm able to use it from iphone.

I'm using OS X Yosemite.
