Hi,

I am very new to this community.

It would be very helpful for me if someone can guide me finding the following solusions:

  • Whether Polycom Endpoints and MCU can registered in Cisco VCS Control and Expressway
  • Polycom MCU can communicate with Cisco MCU
  • Polycom Endpoints and MCU can be managed by Cisco TMS

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Hello Arefin,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It all depends what kind of Polycom Endpoints you are talking about and maybe there software version.

Can you provide more details so an answer can be provided ?

As I am very new to this sector, I cant mention the exact product list. But I can give you an idea regarding product category and little specification:

  • MCU: Realpresence Collaboration Server 4000 (Comparable to Cisco 5300 series)
  • Codec HDX8000 (Comparable to Cisco C60)
  • Precision Camera
  • Presenter Track Camera
  • Realpresence Touch Panel

Hello Arefin,

We publicly host Release Notes and Admin Guides for the GroupSeries and the VSX so I would consult them and check the versions are matching your yet unknown Software Versions.

Hello Arefin,

This is a community so answers are given if and when someone has a reply.

I already outlined the source of information that you can utilize.

If you need any more official answer I suggest you work with a Polycom reseller.

Best Regards
