Polycom Group 500 and Avaya IP Phone 1692 connection

Dear Sir,

 

I have Polycom group 500 and Avaya IP Phone 1692 using as a microphone.(not polycom's mic using), what should be connectivity between each other, and how it work (setting in menu and connectivity) with polycom group 500.

 

Please suggest to us.
