Hi all,
I have small problem with my Polycom Group 500. I have version of SW : 4.1.3
When I have group 500 connected through HDMi cable to the TV or PC , the audio is correct, but when I have group 500 connected through HDMI cable to projector, which has speakers, I have no audio. where can be issue? input and output ports on the projector are OK.
Could you help me someone with my problem ?

Hello VANlili,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We support HDMI audio PCM stereo format with auto-rate adaption on both inputs and outputs.


I would suggest you gather some logs and then forward them via your Polycom reseller to Polycom support so we can investigate this.
