Hi All,
i have trouble with my RPG 500 where our colleage tried to contact me from outside region end up with dissapointing. They dialed us then our RPG500 seems detected there was incoming call from other side, when we tried to answer it dropped immediately with unknown reason. i was wondering there's something blocked on our firewall but we can't find any log from RPG500 to justify to our networking team. kindly anyone please help me is there any way to collect log from our RPG500 indicating blocked call ?
