we have one polycom HDX 7000-720 and one lifesize express 220 in the different site. when two devices are connected, at the begin of the conference, two devices can remotely control camera each other, however after serveral minutes, lifesize express 220 cannot be controled by polycom HDX 7000.  polycom HDX 7000 can be still controlled by lifesize express 220.

HDX 7000-720p version : release-3.0.1-10628

 LIFESIZE 220:4.8.0(59)

is there any people encounter such issue? thx

just a guess but it almost sounds like a H.224 data channel port may be closing (on a timer). If this is the case check the firewall on the LifeSize end.

The issue only occurs in below situation:

1. Polycom ->lifesize

    everything is ok

2. lifesize -> Polycom, they can be controlled each other

 the above remote control issue appears

HP Recommended

the issue is fixed.

the cause is : the NAT address in lifesize is wrong, the local user uses the private address
