Can anyone help me with understanding and solving this. We can make and receive calls inside our corporate network over IP. We can see and hear them alright, but they can only see us. Microphone works. Loopback has sound. When calling over ISDN this problem doesn't exist. So the question is does HDX send video and sound together? In other words can it be firewall problem?

 

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello Maria,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This is most likely a Firewall issue and there are already plenty of post's within this community highlighting the required ports that need to be open. In addition the HDX Admin guide would list these as well.
