We have polycom HDX8000 at our premises and its integrated with Lync Server 2010. We are  able to make SIP video calls between the Polycom Endpoin and Lync. I have also successfull registered with Exchange 2010.

From the polycom home screen I browse to the calendar but I cannot any meetings its is blank black screen with the date and time on the left.

Here is the scenario.

I have enabled calendaring service with UserA. Then I created a meeting in Lync with the same user. But I cannot find any meetings in the calendar Am I doing anything wrong ?

Please advise.

Samir

Thanks for the reply, help and support

I am using HDX8000 with software version 3.0.5.22695

I have reached to this point that HDX can pull the meeting information when I click on "Join Now" No more sites can be added because the meeting is full"

Any advise ?

Hello Samir,

the only reference I could find in this relation shows as fixed in the same Version that you are using.

Are you dialing from the HDX GUI or are you using a PTC?

I would suggest you raise a service ticket via your Polycom reseller and reference VIDEO-97313.

Best regards
