Our HDX 8000 is successfully registerd with the Lync 2013.

When i try making a Video Call from the Lync Client to the HDX. All i get is 2 error messages saying:
"Video was not accepted"
"The Video portion of the call was not accepted by "Lync username". However, the call will continue with audio only."
after that error message i get the following message:
"Call was not completed or has ended."
I would highly appreciate any help and support.

A good place to check for any compatibility issues is always the release notes.
These can be found => here <= and do not mention support or compatibility with LYNC 2013.

I don't think polycom supports Lync 2013 yet. I was told you will not get video. Hopefully they will fix this soon.
