Setting AES Encryption "Required for All Calls" in Pune Polycom. 

 

When I dial to my server , Polycom is able to receive encrypted audio and video but not send anything.

We don't have a support contract anymore. Is there a way to get SIP and SDP related logs from Polycom HDX?

What is your server ?

  • Is this SIP or H.323 or is this Lync ?
  • Does this work without encryption ?
  • Did this ever work or did this only recently start ?

  • Does this work without encryption ? Yes it works without encryption
  • Did this ever work or did this only recently start ? No it has never worked with this version of firmware . Works fine with Release - 3.0.0.2-13047 of firmware.

Hello sagarjoshi,

If this is a problem with a specific software version then you need to work with Polycom support to get this addressed.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
