Polycom HDX to HDX call with heavy packet loss

dear all,

please help us ,

We have VC setup with four locations HDX 8000 & other locations we have cisco & Lifesize with POLYCOM RMX 2000.

 

When we make call Polycom  HDX 8000 to HDX 8000 it’s occur very heavy packet loss, however when we make call HDX 8000 to any other VC , no packet loss , it happen with end to end & by using RMX both method , all HDX with latest firmware

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version, instead of stating the latest, as this will not help anyone in the future finding this post.

 

In addition are these HDX's in the same network location or how are these connected?

we have  4 Mb MPLS line for each locations & all unit register with RMX 2000

 

all units are same dedicated VC network. & surprise part is issue only with Polycom to polycom

 RMX 2000---SW version ----7.8
