Dear All

 

Wondered if any of you had got a Polycom HDX7000 and Clearsea Cloud setup working successfully ?  The issue that I have is that, on the laptop end (Clearsea client), I can see and hear the Polycom room, but on the Polycom end, I can only hear the Clearsea client and not see them.  I raised this with Clearsea who asked me to confirm ports were open on the firewall (Watchguard XTM 505 11.3) which they are, but have not come back to me since revert back to them.

 

Polycom Telepresence clients work fine from both laptop and iPhone, so we know the inbound is working fine for 'Polycom' devices, and we have tested with Bluejean, which works for around 5 minutes, then drops the call.

 

Any help / thoughts would be much appreciated.
