Polycom HDX7000

Hi All

 

I am new to the commuity and I am hoping someone will be able to assist me

 

I currently have three Polycom HDX 7000 Video Conference Units.

 

Two of which are connected to a 3G Router

One is connected to a Fibre Line

 

My problem with that the two remotes units with the 3G connections cannot connect simultaneously to the unit with the fibre connection.

 

i would like to know is this  a limitation on the unit side or is there some upgrade Ic an do to enable this functionality

Does the unit you try to connect to at the same time have a multipoint license ?

Check it at  System > Admin Settings > General
Settings > Options
