Hello Experts,

I am configured Lync 2010 to integrate with HDX8000. I have the the SIP registration working and can connect without issue. I have also got the RTV/CCCP Licence and has been enabled. This is all working as expected.
The next step was the Calendaring functionality. This has also been configured and is talking to the resource mailbox.

Note: My HDX 8000 software version Release - 3.1.1.3-36019 I have contacted Polycom Technical Support and Microsoft but no luck.

The Issue:

When I go the Polycom Unit and access the calendar, click on Join Now I receive an error

“No more sites can be added because the meeting is full”

I would truly appreciate any help and suggestions. Please help

Thanks

Hello Samir,

could you please elaborate on your comment that you had contacted Polycom support with no luck?

I seriously doubt that our support team would turn you away if you have a valid service contract.

Please send my via the community email the Polycom ticket reference.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

Hello Samir,

I had already asked you for the Polycom ticket reference which you have so far not provided.

Without this I am unable to follow up the history of your issue.

The Community is not a replacement for our support infrastructure and you therefore need to follow this up correctly.

Best Regards
